In this role, you''ll be a trusted partner to line managers, providing timely, practical and comprehensive HR support while helping to shape and deliver the site''s HR strategy-both now and for the future.This is a full-time, permanent, site based position, working mainly Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00 or 09:00 till 17:00 however, with this being a 24/7 operation, we do ask for some flexibility.Pay, benefits and more:We''re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
