Working closely with the HR Generalist, the role will coordinate people processes, maintain employee records, prepare documentation and support employee consultations, recruitment and workforce transition activities. The postholder will help ensure HR activities are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with agreed timelines. Responsibilities: Support the delivery of workforce transition activities and organisational change initiatives. Prepare employee communications, consultation documentation and HR correspondence. Maintain accurate HR records, trackers and reports. Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities for new positions. Support employee matching and assessment processes by collating data and maintaining records. Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees, escalating complex matters where appropriate.
