This is a full time, office-based role, on the outer skirts of Newmarket.About the roleAs HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for managers and employees across the following specialist areas, delivering a high-quality HR service and ensuring compliance with employment legislation: Recruitment end-to-end recruitment, working closely with managers, onboarding and pre-employment checks Apprenticeships lead for apprenticeship programmes, monitoring compliance, funding requirements and progress reviews Learning and Development coordinate learning initiatives, training programmes and development activities Immigration and Visa administration lead on sponsorships, secondments and visa-related HR processes, compliance, monitoring and reporting Employee relations casework advising and supporting managers on disciplinary, capability, grievance, absence and conduct matters, whilst also supporting formal processes including investigations, hearings and appealsAbout youWe would love to hear from you if you are an experienced HR generalist/ advisor and can bring the following: Sound knowledge of UK employment law and best practice ..... full job details .....
