I am seeking an experience Interim HR Advisor to join a dynamic HR team. This role offers is based 3 days onsite based in Walsall West Midlands on contract basis. This will be an immediate start for an initial 2-3 months. Key Responsibilities HR AdvisorLead and support on end-to-end employee relations cases, including under performance and dismissals.Support continuous improvementProvide HR admin support and manage flexible working requests.Carry out project work as required and drive wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.Continuously update policies, handbooks, and HR procedures.Assist the Lead HR BP with training courses and produce management information reports.
