HR Advisor Birmingham - Fully Office Based Manufacturing 40K to 44KWe are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment in Birmingham. Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a broad HR Advisor position providing hands-on support across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on Employee Relations, recruitment, absence management and HR administration. You will work closely with managers, employees and union representatives, providing practical and timely HR advice while supporting the wider HR team across a range of people initiatives. This would suit an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys working in a hands-on, operational environment and is comfortable managing a varied workload and dealing with Employee Relations matters.The RoleAs HR Advisor, you will provide day-to-day HR support across the business, with responsibilities including:Supporting disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance management processes, including investigations, note-taking, report writing and advising managers.Providing day-to-day advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR and employment matters.Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles, from requisition through to offer and onboarding.Working with recruitment agencies, negotiating rates and identifying cost-effective recruitment solutions.Managing interview processes, including telephone screening, competency-based interviews and assessment ..... full job details .....
