This is a short-term assignment ideal for an HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations (ER) and performance management experience who can hit the ground running and confidently support managers through a high volume of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). The Role Working closely with managers across the business, you will provide practical HR guidance to help address underperformance, ensure processes are followed consistently and progress cases efficiently. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting managers with a high volume of sales-related PIPs. Advising managers on identifying underperformance, setting SMART objectives and developing structured improvement plans.
