HR Advisor Gloucestershire - on site Full Time, 12 months FTC Manufacturing up to 50,000 per annum Gleeson Recruitment Group is pleased to be supporting a highly respected global engineering and manufacturing organisation with the appointment of an experienced ER/HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional to join a collaborative site-based HR team, providing trusted advice to managers and supporting a broad range of employee relations activity.The RoleWorking closely with the HR Business Partner, you will provide pragmatic and commercially focused HR advice across the site, with a particular emphasis on employee relations, manager coaching and developing leadership capability.You will be responsible for:Providing advice and guidance to managers across disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and flexible working matters.Managing and supporting complex ER cases, including investigations, documentation and advice throughout the process.Coaching managers to ensure ER matters are handled consistently, fairly and in line with employment legislation and company policy.Using ER data and feedback to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement.Supporting the HR Business Partner with manager development, coaching and HR workshops.Advising on employee engagement and communications initiatives.Contributing to continuous improvement projects across HR processes and practices.About YouWe ..... full job details .....
