You''ll provide HR advice to managers and employees, independently managing disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases, as well as coaching managers and supporting employment legislation and policy. A key part of the role will be taking the lead on HR systems and workforce data, improving processes, reporting and system functionality, and supporting system upgrades and implementations.
