HR Advisor - FTC Until End 2027

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a large, complex organisation in a generalist People Advisory role. Working as part of a supportive People team, you will partner with managers across multiple sites, providing expert advice on a wide range of employee relations and workforce matters.This is an ideal opportunity for a confident HR Advisor looking to further develop their experience within a fast-paced environment, handling complex casework whilst contributing to wider people initiatives and organisational change projects. Key Responsibilities Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability and performance issues. Support and lead investigations, hearings and formal casework. Coach managers to build confidence and capability in managing people matters. Advise on organisational change projects and workforce planning activities. Deliver HR policy guidance, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice. Analyse workforce data and produce reports to support decision-making. Design and deliver training sessions on people management topics. Build effective relationships with stakeholders, staff representatives and trade union partners.
