HR AdvisorHybrid role, in the office 2/3 days per week Salary Up to 36.5k.Full time, Fixed Term contractKey responsibilities include but not limited to:Managing the full life cycle of Employee Relations cases, leading and chairing all investigations at all stages along with outcomes and the full disciplinary processCoach and lead managers with empathy to adopt a positive employee experience.Deliver and contribute to HR Training to all employees including SLTDeal with queries in timely manager relating to policies and terms and conditions of employmentWork closely with managers to influence and promote effective management inline with company policies.Have key involvement in specialist projects in the wider HR team.Provide Pro active HR support to enable a change in culture and management capability.Analysing HR metrics and trends, influence and promote changes to make improvements.Ensure highest level of standards inline with strict company policies and procedures.Active responsibility in HandS, Safeguarding, Data protection, EDandI, QualityHR Advisor - About youPrevious experience working as a HR AdvisorExperience of direct line management is desirable.Be self motivated and have the ability to work under pressure adjusting daily workload as required ..... full job details .....
