Position: HR Advisor Reports to: CEO and COO Location: Sutton Coldfield Office-based, full time Salary: £32-40K DOE Qualification: CIPD Level 5 qualified Our client are the UK''s Premier online Retailer of precious metals, and have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a HR Advisor. This is a standalone HR Advisor role, responsible for delivering a comprehensive, pragmatic HR service across the organisation. The role will support managers on all people-related matters, ensuring compliance with employment law while aligning HR practices with business needs. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all HR matters across the business Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from role scoping to onboarding Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and best practice Support and coach managers to build confidence in people management Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR records Monitor HR metrics and identify trends to support business decisions Lead on employee engagement initiatives and culture development including employee wellbeing Manage any HR projects and support organisational change as required Skills and Experience Required CIPD Level 5 qualified or actively studying.
