This role is suited to someone who values integrity, collaboration and delivering fair, practical HR solutions.   Key Responsibilities of an HR Advisor:   Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees.      Coach managers on fair and consistent decision-making.      Support development and implementation of HR policies.      Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.      Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.      Support payroll and employee benefits administration.      Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes.      Monitor HR trends, risks, and legislative changes.      Deliver HR training to managers and employees.      Develop learning materials and support development programmes.     Key Skills of an HR Advisor:   CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified.
