We''re supporting a business undergoing a period of organisational change and are looking for a confident HR professional to join the team on an initial 3-month project.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex ER casework, supporting redundancy consultations, and providing commercially focused HR advice in a fast-paced environment.The RoleWorking closely with the HR team and managers across the business, you''ll play a key role in delivering a redundancy programme while ensuring best practice and compliance throughout the process.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a high volume of Employee Relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management.Supporting and advising managers through individual and collective redundancy consultations.Ensuring all employment law requirements and HR processes are followed accurately.Drafting consultation documentation, letters and outcome communications.Providing practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers.Supporting organisational change and restructuring activities.Maintaining accurate HR records and case management documentation.Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business.About YouProven experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor.Strong Employee Relations ..... full job details .....
