Senior HR Advisor Ipswich Salary: £39,000 per annum ENB are delighted to be partnering with our client, a CQC regulated care organisation in Ipswich, to recruit an experienced Senior HR Advisor. This is an opportunity for a HR professional looking to take on greater responsibility, develop your leadership skills and play a key role in shaping the organisation''s people function. Working closely with the CEO and wider management team, you will provide expert HR advice across the organisation, support complex employee relations matters, oversee recruitment activity and help ensure the organisation remains fully compliant with employment legislation and CQC requirements. The role As Senior HR Advisor, you will act as a senior point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical and commercially aware HR advice across the full employee lifecycle.
