Working within a collaborative and highly experienced team, you''ll provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice to managers and stakeholders across multiple business areas.What You''ll Be DoingManaging a broad range of Employee Relations cases from start to finish.Advising on disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management and flexible working matters.Supporting organisational change initiatives, including restructures and redundancy programmes.Providing expert guidance on TUPE transfers and consultation processes.End to end management of ACAS early conciliation cases, including COT3 agreements.Building effective relationships with managers and stakeholders to drive positive employee relations outcomes.Delivering practical, legally compliant advice in line with employment legislation and company policies.Supporting manager capability through coaching and training.What We''re Looking ForThis role requires an established Employee Relations professional who is ..... full job details .....
