Acting as a trusted adviser to managers and employees, you will ensure that people matters are managed fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation, organisational policies and best practice.Working within a collaborative People Services team, you will manage a varied employee relations caseload, support organisational change initiatives and consultation activities, contribute to policy development and help enhance management capability through coaching, training and guidance.
