Working in our small HR and Organisation Development (OD) shared service team, you''ll manage your own employee relations caseload and give clear, practical advice to managers and colleagues across Curo. You''ll coach managers to handle everyday people matters themselves, so they lead their teams with confidence. Employee relations is at the heart of this role and will take up most of your week, so it''s ideal if casework is the part of HR you enjoy most. You won''t face the toughest cases alone. You''ll work alongside our HR Business Partners on complex cases, building your experience as you go. If you''re keen to grow your HR career, this role gives you real breadth across employee relations, policy, people data and the full employee lifecycle.
