The Role: First line of contact for people-related queries and ER concerns Sickness absence monitoring and support Conducting exit interviews and health questionnaire conversations Supporting Access People XD system issues, updates and reporting Supporting people-related communication initiatives throughout the year Providing expert guidance on HR policies and procedures Supporting disciplinary and grievance investigations The ideal Candidate: Have previous HR Advisor experience Be CIPD Level 5 qualified Be a proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude Have a curious mindset Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Be confident with systems and reporting CONTACT JO ASAP FOR MORE ..... full job details .....
