As an HR Advisor specialising in Learning and Development and Early Careers, you''ll help create an exceptional experience for new talent while strengthening a modern, people-centred HR function.What you''ll be doingYou''ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, engaging early careers journey while providing proactive, high-quality HR support across the site.Generalist HR support - Advising on employee relations, performance, absence, engagement, and retention.Employee Relations - Providing expert guidance on conduct, grievances, performance management, and organisational change.Manager coaching - Supporting leaders to apply HR policies fairly, consistently, and confidently.Early Careers recruitment and programmes - Leading attraction campaigns, assessment centres, onboarding, and cohort development.Learning and Development delivery - Coordinating inductions, compliance training, and development programmes that support growth across the business.Pastoral support for Early Careers - Safeguarding, legislative compliance, and creating a positive, supportive experience for all participants.Continuous improvement and stakeholder ..... full job details .....
