As HR Advisor, you''ll support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on Employee Relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, HR compliance and HR projects. The Role Employee Relations and Performance Manage ER cases including disciplinary, grievance and absence. Support managers with performance management and improvement plans. Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with employment law. Recruitment and Development Support recruitment and interview processes. Coordinate training sessions and maintain LandD records. Identify development opportunities to support employee growth. HR Compliance and Policy Ensure HR processes meet legislation and best practice. Support policy reviews and updates. Provide guidance on HR queries, escalating where needed. HR Systems, Payroll and Benefits Maintain accurate employee data in CezanneHR. Support payroll, pensions and benefits administration.
