With a broad remit covering employee relations, recruitment, development and HR projects, this role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact, alongside flexible hybrid working and a strong benefits package. Key responsibilities include: Employee Relations and Performance Managing disciplinary, grievance, absence management and other employee relations cases. Advising managers on performance management and supporting performance improvement plans. Conducting investigations and providing practical HR guidance in line with employment law and company policy. Recruitment and Development Supporting recruitment activities, including interviewing and candidate assessment. Coordinating learning and development initiatives and maintaining training records.
