About the role We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing core HR processes, advising both employees and managers, and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and employment legislation. You will lead on Employee Relations (ER) casework, supervise a direct report, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment with best practices and legal standards. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
