Hours of Work: Full time
As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, championing HR initiatives, and providing expert guidance to managers and employees. Your role will involve managing employee relations, recruitment, HR data and systems, and contributing to our ongoing development projects aimed at cultivating a positive and productive workplace.
Duties:
Supporting and advising managers on HR best practice
Leading recruitment and onboarding processes; Managing employee relations cases such as grievances and disciplinary actions
Overseeing the implementation and development of our HR Information System
Analysing HR data and producing insightful reports
Assisting with staff engagement initiatives, including surveys and events
Ensuring HR records are maintained securely and accurately
Supporting with sickness absence management
Playing an active role in HR projects and the wider business team
Providing generalist HR support across the organisation.Requirements:
A minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
Experience working with HR Information Systems (Experience with Employment Hero is desirable)
Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesBenefits:
