HR Manger Part Time Sheffield 3 Days per weekRole Summary My client is a rapidly growing professional services business looking to recruitan experienced and proactive HR Manager to develop and deliver a comprehensive HR service across our three offices. This role is central to supporting the firm''s professional service delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, people-centred culture. The role is part time three days a week Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, performance management, and exit processesManage and coordinate six-monthly and annual performance reviewsEnsure ongoing compliance with UK employment law and best practiceSupport staff wellbeing initiatives, including oversight of the Medigold systemProvide guidance and support on disciplinary and employee relations mattersMonitor Continuing Professional Development (CPD) across the firmAssist with booking external training, including Mercia coursesMaintain and update employment contracts and HR documentationChampion equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring all HR practices align with the firm''s values and legal obligationsAttend internal meetings to represent the HR functionDevelop and maintain digital HR systems, ensuring accurate and efficient management information reportingSkills and ExperienceYou will have have a proven track record of working in a HR generalist role and ideally be CIPD qualified .
