HR AdvisorCardiff (Hybrid)Salary: 35,000- 40,000 + 20% bonusCPS Group are working with an established, technology-focused business to recruit an HR Advisor to join its Cardiff-based team. This is a hands-on generalist role within a collaborative working environment, offering the opportunity to support managers and employees across a broad range of HR matters and make a meaningful contribution to the employee experience.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in employee relations who enjoys building relationships, advising managers and taking ownership of HR matters from start to finish.Working closely with the wider HR team, you''ll act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, providing clear advice and guidance across the employee lifecycle. You''ll manage a varied caseload, support managers with performance and people-related challenges, and help ensure policies and procedures remain aligned with current UK employment legislation.Key responsibilities include:Managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance and capability matters.Taking ownership of absence management, including return-to-work meetings, long-term sickness cases, occupational health referrals and reasonable adjustments.Coaching and advising managers on performance management, appraisals and difficult conversations.Supporting probation reviews and helping managers address concerns fairly and consistently.Managing holiday approvals and flexible ..... full job details .....
