This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional to take ownership of a varied generalist role, working closely with the HR Manager.You''ll play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR operations, providing advice on people-related matters, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.Support and advise on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance processes.Assist with recruitment campaigns, onboarding, and induction processes.Provide guidance on learning and development initiatives and coordinate training activities.Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support employee engagement, wellbeing, and organisational culture.Support the HR Manager in implementing policies, driving best practice, and fostering continuous improvement.About YouCIPD Level 3 is essential, with a willingness to study towards Level 5 (fully supported by the company) or CIPD Level 5 already achieved (or currently studying) would be highly desirable.Proven experience in a HR generalist role, ideally at Advisor level.Strong knowledge of UK ..... full job details .....
