The RoleWe are recruiting on behalf of a growing business based in Portsmouth that is looking for an experienced and confident HR Advisor to join their people team. Support and coach line managers through HR processes, ensuring they are handled fairly, consistently, and in line with employment law and company policy. Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout. Support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
