As the HR Advisor, support end-to-end recruitment processes, liaising with hiring managers to ensure alignment with business needs.Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary, grievance and investigation matters, in line with company policy and UK employment law.Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision making.Coordinate training programmes and support the development of learning materials for both in-person and digital delivery.Maintain accurate compliance records including WTD and absence reporting; assist with monthly payroll checks.Support cyclical HR activities such as salary reviews, engagement surveys and talent assessments.Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and act as first point of contact for HR-related queries.
