We''re supporting a client who is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join them on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity, with the potential to extend. This role requires an immediate start.This is a hands-on role requiring confidence in managing change processes and advising stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Supporting business-wide transformation activity, including organisational changeLeading and supporting consultation processesProviding clear, confident advice on HR policies and employment legislationManaging employee relations cases and supporting line managersWorking closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of HR processesRequirements:Proven experience in an HR Advisor roleStrong knowledge of UK employment law and confident handling of consultationsExperience supporting organisational change and restructuresConfident communicator, able to engage and advise stakeholders effectivelyAvailable to start at short notice This is an office-based role, with some flexibility around working patterns (including the potential for a condensed 4-day week).Interested?
