HR Advisor (Temporary - Immediate Start) Mountsorrel, Leicestershire Part-time - 30 hours per week Temporary role with potential to become permanent The Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected organisation in the construction and infrastructure sector, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join a busy, friendly team on a temporary basis with an immediate start. This is a varied, hands-on HR role where you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle and play a key part in supporting both employees and management. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for employee queries and support managers in resolving employee relations mattersMaintain and update HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and consistency across the businessProvide expert guidance on employment matters and HR best practiceManage end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, screening, and supporting hiring decisionsPrepare offer letters, contracts, and oversee pre-employment checksCoordinate onboarding and induction processesMaintain accurate HR records (including absence, holiday, and leave) using HR systemsSupport performance management and appraisal processesProduce HR KPI reports and assist with disciplinary and grievance processesSupport occupational health coordination and compliance requirementsAssist with general HR administration ..... full job details .....
