HR Advisor Permanent Up to £37,500 + EV Car or Car Allowance Regional - West Midlands and surrounding Hybrid / Multi-site - 3:2 Reporting into the HRBP and sitting within a collaborativedivisional team that supports c250 employees, this role offers aclear balance of operational grit and strategic people planning.Roughly two thirds of your focus will be dedicated to managementsupport and end-to-end employee relations casework-acting as theprimary trusted advisor to managers and operational leadersacross front-line and support teams. You''ll handle conduct,grievance, performance, and absence cases from intake toresolution, planning and conducting thorough investigations whileproactively managing people risk.
