HR Advisor

Carbon60 is seeking a talented HR Advisor to join our client based in Filton. If you''re passionate about supporting employees and driving HR initiatives, this could be the perfect role for you.This is a contract position that will last until September 2026 with the possibility of extension. You will be required onsite, 60% of the time. As it is a contract position both PAYE and Umbrell rtes are available for this role.Duties include but are not limited to:Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategiesDeveloping expertise in key HR processes and systemsManaging employee relationships and responding to queries or concernsSupporting the HR team with employee relations topics, such as capability investigations and disciplinary mattersAssisting with the annual HR calendar and other HR initiatives The ideal candidate for this HR Advisor role will possess the following skills and experience:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levelsProficiency in HR systems, with a particular focus on WorkdayExcellent IT and data analysis skills to enable evidence-based decision-makingA proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a teamProven experience in customer-oriented roles, with a solution-focused approachProficiency in Google Suite would be an advantageIf you are interested in this role and would like to know more, please contact Shelby Agius at Carbon60 ..... full job details .....
