We are currently working with a client in the charity sector who are recruiting for a part time People Advisor to join their busy team. The role will be 30 hours per week (Flexible on how this is worked) An excellent opportunity to join a long standing team who are looking for an HR Generalist on a permanent basis. The role will include: Working closely with the managers on variety of HR issues Managing complex employee relations from start to finish including grievances, disciplinary and absence management Leading the recruitment process by attracting and retaining talent, writing job descriptions, adverts, liaising with recruiting managers and managing the process Updating policies and procedures where necessary Maintaining and updating HR records to support KPIS and organisational data Managing maternity, paternity and and adoption administration process and updating payroll Leading on wellbeing initiatives Key skills Previous HR experience within a similar role CIPD Level 5 qualified (essential) On offer 27 days holiday + Bank holidays Flexible working Life assurance scheme 33,600 per annum (42k pro rata) ..... full job details .....
