I am looking for a HR Advisor to join a housing association in North Somerset. The HR Advisor will be responsible for supporting the management of ER casework and recruitment in the business on a FTC until September 2027. This role only requires 26 hours a week to be worked over 4 days. Duties of the HR Advisor: Provide professional and comprehensive HR support, advice and guidance to managers and colleagues in the business.Supporting leaders to manage wide-ranging and varied casework effectively and in line with employment law, policies, processes and best practice.Take an operationally focused approach that supports equality and colleague wellbeing.Supporting managers with colleague lifecycle processes such as induction, recruitment, family leave and flexible working.
