You''ll take the lead on end to end employee relations casework, ensuring cases are managed in a timely, fair and compliant way, while supporting managers to build confidence and capability. Alongside case management, you''ll contribute to core HR cycle activities, develop people insights using data, deliver training, and support projects that shape our people strategy.
