Support the business through structural, cultural, and technological change. Address HR queries, ensuring policy compliance; update management on legislative changes. Manage the recruitment process end-to-end. Conduct pre-screening telephone interviews and co-ordinate all face-to-face interviews and assessment sessions ensuring that interview questions and assessments are both relevant and fit-for-purpose. Validate, track, and manage recruitment requests and costs while training hiring managers on effective interview techniques.
