HR Advisor

An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR team on a maternity cover contract. You''ll provide practical HR support across multiple sites, managing employee relations cases, advising managers on a range of HR matters, and supporting the full employee lifecycle. You''ll also have the opportunity to contribute to HR projects, policy development, colleague development, and wellbeing initiatives.

2 days working from home, 40 hours per week.

Key Requirements:

• Proven HR Advisory and employee relations experience
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• CIPD qualified or HR-related degree
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and provide pragmatic HR advice
