This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers on employment legislation, HR policies and best practice. Manage a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, capability, performance management, flexible working and dignity at work matters. Support managers through formal HR processes, including investigations, hearings, consultations and appeals. Advise on recruitment and selection processes, onboarding and workforce planning activities. Support organisational change projects including restructures, redeployment, TUPE transfers and consultations. Build positive working relationships with Trade Unions and support consultation meetings where required.
