HR Advisor - Bath
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Advisor to join our People Team to provide professional, practical and proactive people support across YMCA Brunel Group.The postholder will act as the first point of contact for operational HR matters, supporting managers through the employee lifecycle whilst contributing to People projects, compliance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.The role will strengthen the organisation''s people capability, improve employee experience and support the delivery of strategic People objectives. The Candidate The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with strong employee relations knowledge and a passion for delivering excellent people services. They will be confident advising managers, conducting investigations and handling a varied workload within a fast-paced environment.You will have the ability to build positive working relationships across the organisation, demonstrate sound judgement and maintain confidentiality at all times. You will be organised, proactive and committed to supporting YMCA Brunel Group''s mission and values.Ideally, you will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or be working towards this qualification, although candidates with significant practical HR experience will also be considered.
