Key responsibilities include but not limited to: - Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing regular support to operational managers.- Support with Recruitment processes.- Support the wider HR team with HR projects and initiatives.- Oversee the on boarding and leavers process.- Support the wider HR team to implement employee engagement processes when required. We are looking for: - Proven HR background working true generalist roles.- Hands on experience managing ER casework, including complex ER cases.- Experience within a fast paced environment.- Excellent attention to detail.- Competent user of Microsoft Office.- Ideally CIPD qualified.
