HR Advisor Salary: 42,000 per annum Ashley Kate is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation in the search for an experienced HR Advisor. Based on site in Derby you will work a 39-hour week with a 12:00pm finish on a Friday. This is a 14-month FTC. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong HR generalist who enjoys a varied role and thrives on building relationships with managers across the business. Working closely with the Operations Director, you will play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR support, with a particular focus on employee relations, coaching managers and providing practical people advice. The business has experienced significant growth in recent years and operates within highly regulated engineering sectors, including aerospace, and defence. As a result, they are looking for an HR professional who can confidently support operational managers, drive best practice and contribute to an engaging and high-performing workplace culture.The Role As HR Advisor, you will provide a comprehensive HR service across the employee lifecycle, ensuring policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied consistently and effectively.
