HR Advisor

Ashley Kate HR and Finance are excited to be partnering with a major UK based Food producer in the Lincoln area, as they recruit for a HR Advisor to join them. This is a very fast paced business that are going through a period of change, therefore looking for a experienced HR Advisor to support with this change, bringing experience and knowledge to the business.The role is site based in Lincoln working Monday - Friday 8am-4pm.Working with a large team, reporting into the HR Manager, you will have full support from a wider HR team. Salary 35000 DOE About the RoleMain Duties:Manage end-to-end recruitment, including adverts, agencies, and interviewsCoordinate onboarding and maintain employee recordsProcess leavers, probation reviews, and contract changesSubmit payroll updates and support HR reportingTrack appraisals and key HR metrics (KPIs)Provide HR advice and support to managersSupport disciplinaries, grievances, and performance processesEnsure compliance (e.g. right to work, audits)Support employee engagement initiativesSupport ad hoc HR initiatives and project workHandle general HR administration and ad hoc tasks About you CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards Exposure to a fast paced industrial or production environment would be highly advantageous Ability to manage competing deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced setting with a varied workload.
