You''ll enjoy building strong relationships, solving problems, and helping create a positive employee experience from start to finish.What You''ll Be DoingSupporting managers with employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance concerns.Providing practical, straightforward HR advice and helping managers make confident people decisions.Supporting organisational change projects and wider people initiatives.Coordinating key HR activities, including on-boarding, performance reviews, and exit interviews.Reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure they remain effective and compliant.Using people data and insights to identify trends and support business decisions.Assisting with recruitment activities and HR compliance processes.Getting involved in engagement, well-being, and ..... full job details .....
