Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next opportunity? Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a global business based from Tamworth as they look to recruit a HR Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the HR Manager, and working as part of a supportive team within a fast paced environment, this role would be perfect for an established HR Advisor, who enjoys being onsite ($ days in the office 1 day WFH) working within a busy team environment. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: - Manage ER casework- Recruitment and onboarding- Support the wider HR team with HR projects and initiatives.-Advice and guidance to management and staff on a wide range of HR queries We are looking for: - Proven HR background working true generalist roles.- Hands on experience managing ER casework is essential.- Experience gained within construction, manufacturing or engineering/Blue collar environment is essential.- Excellent attention to detail.- Ideally CIPD qualified but not essential.
