HR Advisor

Artis HR are supporting a large, established organisation with the recruitment of an experienced HR Advisor to join their onsite HR team in Grimsby.This is a hands-on HR role, working closely with employees and managers across the site. You''ll provide day-to-day HR advice while taking ownership of employee relations casework and supporting wider HR activity.The RoleAs HR Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing practical HR advice and support across a busy operational environment.Your responsibilities will include:Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from employees and managersManaging employee relations casework from start to finishHandling disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, appeals and suspensionsCoaching and supporting managers on HR policies, procedures and best practiceSupporting recruitment activity, including coordination and administrationProviding support with payroll queries and processesMaintaining accurate HR records and documentationWorking closely with the wider HR team to deliver a consistent HR serviceSupporting wider HR projects and initiatives across the siteAbout YouWe''re looking for someone with previous experience working as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role, with strong employee relations experience.You''ll ideally have:Strong experience managing ER casework from start to finishExperience handling disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, appeals and suspensionsExcellent ..... full job details .....
