HR Advisor

Artis HR are supporting a growing organisation in Bridgwater who are looking for an HR Advisor to join their team. This is a broad, hands-on HR role offering the opportunity to work across the full employee lifecycle. You''ll provide practical HR advice to managers and employees, while also getting involved in recruitment, HR administration, training and development, reporting, benefits and wider HR projects. What will you be doing?Providing practical HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a range of employment matters.Supporting employee relations processes including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, capability matters and flexible working requests.Supporting maternity and paternity processes and ensuring employees receive accurate and timely information.Supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, CV screening, candidate communication, interview coordination and selection.Participating in interviews and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.Managing employee lifecycle administration, including starters, leavers, contracts, contractual changes and HR documentation.Preparing HR letters and maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.Supporting the onboarding and induction process for new employees.Preparing ..... full job details .....
