Working closely with the HR Business Partners and wider People Team, you will play an important role in delivering the people strategy, supporting managers and helping to embed a positive culture aligned to the company''s values. About the roleA key focus of the role will be providing high-quality HR advice and support to managers and colleagues across a range of employee relations and wider people matters.You will build strong relationships with managers, coaching and supporting them through often complex and sensitive situations, while ensuring that advice is consistent with company policies, employment legislation and best practice.The role will support colleagues across several locations, so the ability and willingness to travel between sites will be important.
