Rather than working within a large, highly structured HR function, you''ll have the opportunity to work closely with the HR Manager, take ownership of day-to-day processes and support the business as it continues to grow.The roleWorking closely with the HR Manager, you will support the full employee lifecycle and help ensure the smooth running of the People function. Responsibilities will include:Acting as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR and employee queries.Supporting employee relations processes, including preparing documentation, coordinating meetings and maintaining accurate records.Coordinating recruitment activity, from advertising vacancies to managing candidate communications and interview arrangements.Managing onboarding administration and ensuring a positive experience for new starters.Drafting and updating HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, job descriptions and policies.Supporting people initiatives, change management activity and improvements to HR processes.Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting the wider HR administration function.About youWe''re keen to hear from someone who has experience in an HR or ..... full job details .....
