In this role, your primary focus will be providing reliable HR procedural guidance across the business area, taking administrative ownership of the employee lifecycle, and ensuring absolute data integrity within our HR systems. The Role: Support HRBPs by coordinating the logistics and timelines for standard annual campaigns Serve as the key focal point for Workday and SAP transactions. Manage and execute all data entries throughout the employee lifecycle Maintain and distribute regular HR data. Track and compile standard metrics (such as absenteeism and headcount) to help HRBPs identify trends and risks. Organise and prepare HR reviews, ensuring quality and timely inputs from managers.
