What You''ll Be Doing as HR Advisor Providing expert HR advice to managers and employees in line with policies, procedures, and employment law. Managing employee relations cases (capability, conduct, grievance) with timely and compliant outcomes. Supporting managers with absence management, occupational health, and wellbeing initiatives. Ensuring HR systems and records are accurate and up to date. Partnering with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support seamless recruitment and onboarding.
